Welcome to Maverick Aquatics Virtual Coaching!
If you are a competitve swimmer who is swimming for a club or coach, we encourage you to share any and all information with your regular coach. Any conflicts in philosophy, technique training, or session planning and training can only lead to frustration and problems. Please communicate with your regular coach.

E-mail a short one minute video of you swimming formatted for window media player or a series of still photographs. Our coaches will review the video/photos and provide feedback. Video feedback provided as a voice-over within 72 hours of payment

Cost: $10.00
While workouts can be found on the web, usually they are what works for whoever posted them. If you would like a workout to help you meet your goals, fill out our survey here and our coaching staff will provide customized workouts.
Cost:
Individual $10.00/week for 3 workouts
Group $15.00/week for 3 workouts
Add a telephone consult or 2 e-mails/week for $10.00
If you would just like to correspond with a member of our coaching staff on a regular basis, we also offer consultations via telephone, e-mail, video conference, or chat.

Fifteen minute call, video or chat $10.00/week
2 e-mails/week also $10.00
Due to the nature of virtual coaching: that a coach is not actually present with the athlete, Maverick Aquatics is not responsible for any injury caused by a medical condition, water conditions, workout conditions, or athlete misjudgment. Every effort will be made to communicate thoroughly and completely with the athlete and to obtain feedback in order to adjust workout and stroke advice to be effective. The athlete is responsible for monitoring his or her own heart rate and physical ability and to provide accurate and appropriate feedback to the coach. The athlete is encouraged to consult with a physician prior to beginning or continuing any exercise program.
Maverick Aquatics will not keep and is not liable for any personal information to include financial or medical information. Maverick Aquatics will not share ANY information with any outside agencies.
